Internal laser cladding head designed by Guosheng Laser for different working conditions of laser application, it can work in relatively narrow working space and pipe inner diameter workpiece. The customized version of the inner hole laser cladding head can achieve a cladding depth of up to 1.5m and adapt to the minimum inner diameter of Φ60mm, which can solve the technical problems of inner wall laser processing of many slender and long diameter parts and limited position laser processing of complex components. It also can be used to repair worn or damaged parts, modify the surface properties of components, or add a wear-resistant coating to a component.
